Personal Training
These hours are suitable for anyone who is looking for flexibility in terms of time, has special requirements or has specific goals. Our best-trained trainers are at your side with their expertise and will get you really fit, no matter where you are.
Endurance
This hour makes your heart beat faster. It’s about your aerobic, i.e. longer-lasting, performance. We mainly use rowing machines, running, skipping lines, bike ergs and ski ergs to get you sweating hard over a longer period of time.
Strength
Strength training is a must for everyone. During these hours you will work on your basic strength – with a barbell, dumbbell and your own body weight. The exercises are simple but deliver impressive results.
Weightlifting
For anyone who has a solid foundation in the basic exercises, classic Olympic weightlifting offers a new challenge. In addition to strength, coordination and explosiveness are particularly trained. All of this under the watchful eye of an experienced coach who constantly checks your technique and gives you feedback.
Gymnastics
The body control you learn in gymnastics helps you in all areas of training. With our gymnastics program you will soon master the most difficult gymnastics exercises (muscle ups, toes to bar, kipping pull ups,…) in CrossFit. You’ll get better at weightlifting in unexpected ways, you’ll suddenly be faster than usual in your CrossFit workouts, and from now on you’ll learn new movements with your left hand.
